앱에서 삭제하기

  1. We Times 앱을 열고 설정으로 이동합니다.
  2. 나의 계정을 누릅니다.
  3. 계정 삭제를 누르고, 본인 확인을 위해 다시 로그인한 뒤 삭제를 확인합니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우

가입한 이메일 주소로 [email protected]에 "We Times 계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 적용 법정 기한 내에 삭제 요청을 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터

  • 계정, 닉네임, 푸시 알림 토큰, 소식, 참석 응답, 댓글
  • 혼자 쓰던 캘린더와 그 안의 일정·첨부파일

남거나 보관되는 데이터

  • 다른 멤버가 있는 공유 캘린더는 가능한 경우 다른 멤버에게 넘겨 유지합니다. 내가 만든 일정·첨부파일·일부 변경 기록과 작성자 계정 ID는 남을 수 있습니다. 내용에 직접 입력한 이름 등은 자동으로 제거되지 않습니다. 첨부파일에는 보관 기간이 적용됩니다.
  • 계정 삭제에는 30일 복구 유예가 없습니다. 삭제 후 재가입해도 이전 데이터를 복원하지 않습니다. 스토어 구독은 별도로 해지해 주세요.
  • 결제·분쟁 관련 기록은 적용 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 한국 전자상거래법이 적용되는 계약·결제 기록의 보관 기간은 5년입니다.
  • 탈퇴해도 스토어 구독은 해지되지 않습니다. App Store 또는 Google Play에서 직접 해지해 주세요.

Delete your We Times account

In the app

  1. Open We Times and go to Settings.
  2. Tap My account.
  3. Tap Delete account, sign in again to confirm it is you, and confirm the deletion.

If you cannot use the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "We Times account deletion request". We will verify your identity, process your deletion request within the applicable legal deadline and let you know.

What is deleted

  • Your account, nickname, push tokens, activity, attendance answers and comments
  • Calendars only you use, with their events and attachments

What remains or is kept

  • Where possible, shared calendars are transferred to a remaining member. Events, attachments, some change records and your account ID may remain. Names or other information typed into content are not automatically removed. Attachment retention periods still apply.
  • Account deletion has no 30-day recovery period. Signing up again does not restore previous data. Cancel store subscriptions separately.
  • Payment and dispute records may be retained for the period required by applicable law; for example, relevant contract/payment records for 5 years where Korean electronic-commerce rules apply.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
