NimbleClear(이하 "서비스 제공자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 본 개인정보 처리방침을 통해 개인정보의 이용 목적·방식 및 보호조치를 안내합니다. 이 방침은 자동 클리커 - 터치 매크로(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다.
1. 접근성 서비스 (Accessibility Service API) 사용 안내 (중요)
본 앱은 자동 클릭 및 스와이프라는 핵심 기능을 제공하기 위해 안드로이드의 접근성 서비스 API를 사용해야 합니다.
- 목적: 이 서비스는 사용자가 설정한 스크립트에 따라 화면에서 자동 터치 및 제스처를 수행하는 목적으로만 엄격하게 사용됩니다.
- 데이터 수집 여부: 본 앱은 접근성 서비스를 사용하여 사용자의 작업을 관찰하거나, 화면 내용을 읽거나, 개인 정보 또는 민감한 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 어떠한 화면 데이터도 서버에 저장되거나 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 정보 수집 및 이용
본 앱은 회원가입 절차가 없으며, 사용자의 IP 주소 등 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 민감한 개인정보를 자체적으로 수집하거나 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 또한, 본 앱은 오직 Google Play 스토어를 통해서만 공식적으로 배포 및 다운로드할 수 있습니다.
고객 지원 문의: 단, 사용자가 앱 내 '개발자에게 문의하기' 기능을 통해 직접 이메일을 보낼 경우, 원활한 버그 해결을 위해 기기 모델명, OS 버전, 앱 버전 및 발신자의 이메일 주소가 자발적으로 제공될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 고객 지원 및 오류 해결 목적으로만 사용되며, 다른 용도로 사용되거나 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
또한, 앱의 오류 해결, 사용성 개선 및 무료 서비스 유지를 위한 광고 제공 목적으로 제3자 서비스(Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics 등)가 연동되어 있으며, 이 과정에서 익명화된 기기 정보 및 비정상 종료(크래시) 로그 등이 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.
3. 제3자 접근
앱과 서비스를 개선하기 위해 집계되고 익명화된 데이터만 주기적으로 외부 서비스로 전송됩니다. 서비스 제공자는 본 개인정보처리방침에 명시된 방식으로 제3자와 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다.

4. 수집 거부 권리 (Opt-Out Rights)
앱을 삭제(Uninstall)하면 앱의 모든 정보 수집을 쉽게 중단할 수 있습니다. 모바일 기기의 설정 또는 모바일 애플리케이션 마켓플레이스를 통해 표준 삭제 프로세스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
5. 데이터 파기 및 삭제 요청
사용자의 클릭 간격, 위치 등의 설정 정보는 서버로 전송되지 않으며 기기 내부에만 로컬로 저장됩니다. 따라서 앱을 삭제(Uninstall)하면 모든 데이터는 즉시 파기됩니다.
전송된 데이터 삭제 요청: 단, 사용자가 고객 지원(이메일 문의) 등을 통해 직접 선택하여 전송한 데이터(기기 정보, 에러 로그 등)에 대해서는 언제든지 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제를 원하실 경우 아래의 이메일([email protected])로 연락해 주시면 확인 후 지체 없이 파기하겠습니다.
6. 아동
서비스 제공자는 만 13세 미만의 아동에게 고의로 데이터를 요청하거나 마케팅하기 위해 본 앱을 사용하지 않습니다. 앱은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 13세 미만의 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 인지한 경우, 당사 서버에서 해당 정보를 즉시 삭제합니다. 귀하가 부모 또는 보호자이고 귀하의 자녀가 당사에 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알고 계신 경우, 서비스 제공자([email protected])에게 연락해 주시면 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.

This privacy policy applies to the Auto Clicker - Touch Macro app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by NimbleClear (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Accessibility Service API Usage (Important)
The Application requires the use of the Android Accessibility Service API to provide its core functionality of automatic clicking and swiping.
- Purpose: This service is used strictly to perform automated touches and gestures on your screen based on your custom script settings.
- Data Collection: We DO NOT use the Accessibility Service to observe your actions, read your screen content, or collect any personal or sensitive information. No screen data is stored or transmitted to our servers.
2. Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require user registration and DOES NOT independently collect, store, or transmit sensitive personal information (such as your IP address) that can identify you. Additionally, the Application is officially distributed exclusively through the Google Play Store.
Customer Support Inquiries: However, if you voluntarily send an email through the 'Contact Developer' feature within the app, your device model, OS version, app version, and email address may be provided to facilitate bug resolution. This information is used strictly for customer support and troubleshooting purposes, and is not used for any other purposes or shared with third parties.
Please note that to maintain app stability, improve usability, and serve advertisements, the Application uses third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics), which may automatically collect anonymized, non-identifying information (such as OS version, device model, and crash logs).
3. Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

4. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
5. Data Destruction and Deletion Requests
Your configuration settings, such as click intervals and target locations, are never sent to our servers and are stored only locally on your device. Therefore, all such data is immediately destroyed when you uninstall the Application.
Requesting Deletion of Transmitted Data: However, for any data you have voluntarily chosen to transmit via customer support (email inquiries), such as device information or error logs, you may request deletion at any time. If you wish to delete this data, please contact us at the email address below ([email protected]), and we will promptly destroy it upon verification.
6. Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
7. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
8. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
