NimbleClear(이하 "서비스 제공자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 본 개인정보처리방침을 통해 자동 클리커 - 터치 매크로(이하 "앱")에서 처리하는 개인정보의 항목, 이용 목적, 보관 기간 및 보호 조치를 안내합니다.
1. 접근성 서비스 및 화면 캡처 사용 안내
접근성 서비스 API
본 앱은 사용자가 설정한 위치를 자동으로 클릭하거나 스와이프하는 핵심 기능을 제공하기 위해 Android 접근성 서비스 API를 사용합니다.
- 사용 목적: 사용자가 직접 설정하거나 녹화한 스크립트에 따라 자동 터치 및 제스처를 수행하기 위한 목적입니다.
- 제한: 접근성 서비스는 사용자의 작업을 관찰하거나, 화면 내용을 읽거나, 입력 내용을 확인하거나, 개인 정보 또는 민감한 정보를 수집하기 위한 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
- 전송 여부: 접근성 서비스를 통해 처리되는 화면 데이터는 서비스 제공자의 서버에 저장되거나 전송되지 않습니다.
이미지 모드 화면 캡처
이미지 모드는 사용자가 선택한 화면 영역을 기기 내에서 비교하여 특정 이미지가 나타났는지 확인하는 기능입니다. 이 기능은 Android 화면 캡처 권한이 필요하며, 사용자가 동의한 경우에만 동작합니다.
- 화면 캡처 데이터와 조건 이미지는 이미지 인식을 위해 기기 내에서 처리됩니다.
- 화면 캡처 이미지, 조건 이미지, 터치 위치 및 스크립트는 서비스 제공자의 서버로 자동 전송되지 않습니다.
- 다만 사용자가 스크립트 내보내기 또는 공유 기능을 직접 사용하는 경우, 해당 파일에는 기능 복원을 위해 필요한 스크립트 및 이미지 조건 데이터가 포함될 수 있습니다.
2. 수집 및 처리하는 개인정보 항목
서비스 제공자는 서비스 제공에 필요한 항목과 사용자의 선택 또는 동의에 따라 처리되는 항목을 구분하여 처리합니다.

아래 항목은 자동 클릭 기능 제공, 계정 식별, 프리미엄·리워드 권한 관리, 부정 사용 방지 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 항목입니다.

3. 개인정보의 이용 목적
서비스 제공자는 위 정보를 다음 목적을 위해 처리합니다.

- Google 로그인 기반 계정 식별 및 프리미엄 기능 접근 확인

4. 제3자 서비스
앱은 기능 제공, 광고, 분석, 오류 진단 및 계정 관리를 위해 아래 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다. 각 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 보관 및 파기
- 기기 내부에 저장되는 설정, 스크립트, 이미지 조건 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 기기에서 삭제됩니다.
- 계정 삭제 시 계정 데이터는 삭제 처리되며, 프리미엄 기능 처리, 부정 사용 방지 및 법적·정책상 필요한 처리를 위해 관련 기록은 최대 90일간 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 서버에 저장되는 디바이스 ID는 보상 검증, 중복 사용 방지 및 부정 사용 방지에 필요한 기간 동안 보관되며, 계정 삭제 후 관련 기록은 최대 90일간 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 광고 식별자(AD_ID)와 광고 동의 상태는 서비스 제공자의 서버 데이터베이스에 저장되지 않으며, 사용자 기기 내부의 광고 설정 또는 관련 SDK 설정에 따라 관리됩니다.
- 고객지원 이메일은 문의 처리 및 분쟁 대응에 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있으며, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 사용자의 선택 및 권리
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내부에 저장된 앱 설정 및 스크립트 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- Google 계정 기반 기능을 사용하지 않으려면 로그인하지 않을 수 있습니다. 단, 이미지 모드 등 일부 프리미엄 기능은 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 광고 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google UMP 동의 화면을 통해 광고 관련 동의를 관리할 수 있습니다. 앱 설정 화면에 광고 개인정보 설정 항목이 표시되는 경우 해당 항목을 통해 동의 선택을 다시 열 수 있습니다.
- 분석 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱 품질 개선을 위한 분석 데이터 수집에 대해 별도로 동의하거나 거부할 수 있으며, 동의하지 않아도 앱의 기본 자동 클릭 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제는 앱 또는 웹 계정 삭제 페이지에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 고객지원으로 전송한 정보의 삭제 또는 개인정보 관련 문의는 [email protected]으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 지역별 동의 안내
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 등 광고 또는 분석 저장에 대한 동의가 요구될 수 있는 지역에서는 관련 법령 및 Google 정책에 따라 광고 동의 화면 또는 분석 동의 안내가 표시될 수 있습니다. 해당 지역이 아닌 경우에도 사용자의 기기 설정, Google 계정 설정 또는 앱 내 설정에 따라 광고 개인화, 광고 식별자, 분석 데이터 수집이 제한될 수 있습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 서비스 제공자는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 된 경우, 보호자는 [email protected]으로 연락할 수 있으며, 확인 후 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.
9. 보안
서비스 제공자는 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 Google 및 Firebase에서 제공하는 보안 인프라, Firebase 보안 규칙, 인증 기반 접근 제어 및 접근 제한 등 기술적·관리적 보호 조치를 적용합니다.
10. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
본 개인정보처리방침은 앱 기능, 법령, 정책 또는 서비스 운영 방식의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 본 페이지에 게시되며, 중요한 변경의 경우 앱 또는 웹사이트를 통해 추가로 안내할 수 있습니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how NimbleClear ("Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us") processes information in connection with the Auto Clicker - Touch Macro mobile application ("Application").
1. Accessibility Service and Screen Capture Notice
Accessibility Service API
The Application uses the Android Accessibility Service API to provide its core automatic clicking and swiping functionality.
- Purpose: The service is used to perform automated touches and gestures according to scripts configured or recorded by the user.
- Limitation: We do not use the Accessibility Service to observe your actions, read screen content, read input, or collect personal or sensitive information.
- Transmission: Screen data processed through the Accessibility Service is not stored on or transmitted to our servers.
Image Mode Screen Capture
Image Mode compares a user-selected screen area on the device to determine whether a target image appears. This feature requires Android screen capture permission and operates only after the user grants consent.
- Screen capture data and condition images are processed on-device for image recognition.
- Screen capture images, condition images, touch positions, and scripts are not automatically transmitted to our servers.
- However, if you directly use the script export or sharing feature, the file may include script and image condition data needed to restore the feature setup.
2. Information We Collect and Process
We separate information needed to provide the service from information processed based on your choices, consent, or optional feature use.
Required information
The following information is needed to provide automatic clicking features, identify accounts, manage premium or rewarded access, and prevent abuse.
Google sign-in and account information

Optional information

Refusing optional information does not prevent use of the basic automatic clicking feature, but some features or purposes such as rewarded ads, advertising preference handling, customer support, or analytics-based quality improvement may be limited.

3. How We Use Information
We process the information described above for the following purposes:
- Providing core features such as automatic clicking, gesture recording, and image recognition
- Identifying accounts and verifying access to premium features
- Using device IDs stored on our service database for reward verification, duplicate-use prevention, and abuse prevention
- Granting rewarded ad benefits, providing free trials, and preventing duplicate use
- Analyzing errors, responding to crashes, and improving performance and usability according to your consent choices
- Serving ads and managing ad consent
- Responding to customer inquiries and processing account deletion requests
- Complying with applicable laws, Google Play policies, and security requirements
4. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services for functionality, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and account management. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Retention and Deletion
- Settings, scripts, and image condition data stored on your device are deleted from the device when you uninstall the Application.
- When you delete your account, account data is marked for deletion, and related records may be retained for up to 90 days to process premium features, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal or policy requirements.
- Device IDs stored on our service database are retained for as long as needed for reward verification, duplicate-use prevention, and abuse prevention. Related records may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion.
- Advertising ID (AD_ID) and ad consent status are not stored in the Service Provider's server database and are managed according to on-device advertising settings or related SDK settings.
- Customer support emails may be retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or disputes, and you may request deletion.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You can delete local app settings and script data by uninstalling the Application.
- You may choose not to sign in with Google. However, certain premium features such as Image Mode may be limited.
- Where ad consent is required, you can manage advertising consent through the Google UMP consent form. If an ad privacy choices item appears in the app settings screen, you can reopen the consent choices from that item.
- Where analytics consent is required, you may separately accept or refuse analytics data collection for app quality improvement. You can continue using the basic automatic clicking feature even if you do not consent to analytics.
- You may request account deletion through the Application or the web account deletion page.
- You may request deletion of information sent through customer support or contact us about privacy matters at [email protected].
7. Regional Consent Notice
In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent for advertising or analytics storage may be required, the Application may display an advertising consent form or analytics consent notice according to applicable laws and Google policies. Outside those regions, advertising personalization, advertising identifiers, or analytics data collection may still be limited by your device settings, Google account settings, or in-app settings.
8. Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can take appropriate action.
9. Security
We apply technical and administrative safeguards to protect information, including Google and Firebase security infrastructure, Firebase security rules, authentication-based access control, and access restrictions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, laws, policies, or service operations change. Changes will be posted on this page, and significant changes may also be notified through the Application or website.
